A route out of homelessness: Our strategy to 2030

After many months of cross-organisation collaboration, sharing insights, and discussions about our future vision for London, we are excited to share our 2025-2030 strategy – focusing on providing shelter, advice, and advocacy to help people move on from homelessness for good. 

At Glass Door Homeless Charity, we believe homelessness is not inevitable. It is a crisis we can solve with compassion, determination, and collective action.  

Over the next five years, we will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services that meet our guests’ needs, forge powerful partnerships to extend our reach, and campaign for the systemic changes needed to end homelessness in London. 

By 2030, our ambition is bold and uncompromising: to ensure more people not only find immediate safety and stability but also access lasting routes out of homelessness and into healthier, more hopeful futures. 

Together with our supporters, partners, and the people we serve, we will move closer to a city where everyone has the dignity, security, and opportunity of a home.
