Who we are Publications Annual Impact Report 2023-24 Glass Door's 2023-24 Annual Impact Report This past year saw a significant increase in demand across our services, providing 2,338 guests with Casework support and/or emergency Shelter from June 2023–May 2024 – up 31% from the previous year. Our year-round Casework Service also saw a 31% increase, working out of partner day centres across West and Southwest London. Our Caseworkers worked with guests facing a range of experiences, from hidden homelessness, to sleeping rough for the first time, to being at risk of homelessness. Our Shelters ran for five months, from November to April. We extended our season for 21 days and the season included, for the first time, a Women’s Shelter and dedicated Casework drop-in for women. This provision is an example of our continuous journey towards delivering gender-informed services. This Annual Impact Report gives you insight into the hard work and dedication of our Glass Door teams, volunteers & partner day centres – all of which could not be done without the continued support of our funders, fundraisers & supporters.
