Glass Door is seeking to appoint a Fundraising Manager: Events, Community & Corporate

We are looking for an energetic, forward thinking Fundraising Manager to join our busy team. This is a key role in the fundraising team, responsible for providing stewardship and support to Glass Door’s event & community fundraisers, while supporting the Head of Fundraising to achieve the team’s income targets. This role provides plenty of variety and development and the opportunity to support and develop skills in several income streams. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in running events. 


Salary: £38,000 to £42,500 p/a

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent (with six months’ probation)

Location: Hybrid – at our office (Argon House, Argon Mews, London SW6 1BJ) and remotely at home. At minimum of two days a week at the office.

Reporting to: Head of Fundraising & Major Donors

Responsible for: Line manager to Fundraising Officer (Events and Community) as well as manage the events budget
